The complete edition
A recovery companion you can return to.
Keep the Step sequence; adapt the amount you do in a sitting. The supporting material helps you find a starting point, handle an everyday obstacle or reconnect with the work after a gap.
- Find a starting point
- The Quick Start, Problem Router and glossary connect the difficulty in front of you with a useful route. You do not have to read the whole reference before you begin.
- Work with a Step
- Explanations, examples and worksheets turn reflection into bounded work. Low-Capacity routes and Pause Points let you choose an amount you can use and record where to return.
- Bring it into everyday life
- Practical modules address treatment, trauma, sleep, pain, sensory load, hormonal stages, relationships and return after relapse. Support maps and reusable plans help connect intention with action.
- Read, reflect and return
- Twelve original collective readings support shared discussion. The 365 cards offer a short reflection, one question and a possible action, with no backlog when days are missed.
How the separate publications fit.
Complete edition or workbook?
Choose the complete edition when you want the full system together, including the reading and reflection collections. Choose the planned workbook for the core Steps, practical modules and essential tools with expanded writing space. Their core content overlaps; having both is optional.
A daily companion or a reading collection?
The 365 Reflection Cards provide one idea, one question and one possible action at a time. Meeting Readings — Volume One gathers the 12 original collective readings for reading aloud and discussion. Both collections appear in the complete edition and are also planned as separate companions.
What are the supporting guides for?
The Sponsor Guide is being developed around the support a sponsor provides for the reader’s own work. The Meeting & Group Guide focuses on neurodivergent participation in the shared setting. Their detailed contents will be confirmed as development progresses.
Where does the burnout workbook belong?
Autistic and ADHD Burnout Workbook is a separate project about burnout, everyday demands and capacity. It is not part of the Twelve Steps system and is not included in the complete edition.
Use what is useful now.
Use the Quick Start, answer one relevant question or choose the Low-Capacity route. Writing, typing, speaking and private reflection are supported ways to work. Leave a restart cue when you stop; returning is part of the method.
These are independent educational and recovery publications. They do not replace professional care, personal support or fellowship. They are not A.A. literature and are not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. or any A.A. entity.
Further specialist companions may follow as the collection develops. Specific titles and release details have not been announced.
