About Lantern
Room Press

Research, practical tools and neurodivergent access, brought together with care.

Lantern Room Press develops evidence-informed books that take both the subject and the reader seriously. Our focus is practical understanding: material you can find your way into, use and return to.

Our forthcoming list begins with Twelve Steps for an ADHD Brain, a recovery system with a complete edition and focused companions, and the separate Autistic and ADHD Burnout Workbook.

Access is part of the work.

Our recovery and burnout books build access into their structure. Quick Start routes, visible next actions, manageable prompts and places to pause give readers more than one way to work with demanding material.

Evidence deserves precision.

The manuscripts draw on research and relevant clinical guidance, including NICE guidance on ADHD and adult autism. Research findings, lived experience and original practical tools have different roles; our approach keeps those roles and the limits of the evidence visible.

You can read more about the recovery system’s sources and the burnout workbook’s evidence approach.

Room for different minds.

ADHD, autism and their overlap can change how someone reads, processes information and carries out a task. AuDHD means co-occurring autism and ADHD. We make space for those differences, for fluctuating capacity and for the responsibilities that continue alongside recovery.
